FEE
The fee of 395 EUR (+ VAT 21%) or 95 EUR (+ VAT 21 %) for non-profit sector* is payable online with credit card or via banktransfer on our accountnumber 413-9291581-08 and includes welcome coffee and coffee break, lunch, Closing- and Networking Cocktail, documents and speakers' papers.
All registrants are liable to pay Belgian VAT at 21 %. Please note that the registration fee has to be paid on 25 November at the latest.
* Non-profit sector : Hospitals, Caring & Nursing homes, Healthcare institutions, Educations.
CANCELLATIONS
Must be received in writing before 15 November 2010 and will be subject to an administrative charge of 55 EUR (+ VAT 21%). For cancellations after this date or no-show at the congress no refunds will be made or invoices cancelled after this date.
Substitutions may be made at any time.
